Everyone advertises loyalty and honesty. They say they are fighting for you but when things get tough most agents ask you for a price reduction, it’s simply easier than the alternatives . Not Julie. She really is committed to the number you want. Our transaction had several bumps along the road, but she never asked me to reduce my price. She was creative, she negotiated. Negotiation is a lost art, so many agents are just lazy. Julie was fully committed to my goals and we got it done. Julie was recommended to me and I would recommend her as well. The home buying process can be scary, exciting, nerve-racking and every emotion in between. With Julie, it was just easy. She gave us the best advice, hooked us up with the best lender and loan officer ever, got us everything that we wanted with our new home build, stayed on the listing agent and builder when we had questions or concerns, and was there for us through every late night panicky email to even weeks after closing when something that was under warranty went wrong.
