I have really enjoyed having the chance to work with Julie in my search to purchase my first home. Julie is an amazing Realtor. She knows the market and exactly where to price a property. I would have priced my property much lower than she suggested and we still received an over asking offer. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional! She is hands on and walked me through ever part of the transaction. Communication is key and Julie let me know everything as it happened, before listing, as we received offers, during the inspection process and right through closing. We had a tough inspection on this particular home and Julie was instrumental in working though inspection issues on an older home. If you want a professional working for you, Julie is the best!

Julie was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was very quick to respond to any of our questions, even at off-hours (weekends, late at night, etc.). We relocated from out of state, so it was nice to have someone taking care of all the logistics in Charlotte, she helped out with a lot of things that were not even her responsibility as a realtor to help with. I would definitely work with Julie again.
